Refund & Complaint Policy
We are committed to providing quality products and a transparent shopping experience. Please read our Refund & Complaint Policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are only applicable in the following cases:
- The product received is defective at the time of delivery.
- The product received is different from the product ordered.
Refunds will not be accepted for reasons such as change of mind, personal preference, minor color variation due to screen/display settings, or issues arising after the product has been used, damaged, altered, or mishandled by the customer.
2. Mandatory 360-Degree Parcel Opening Video
A complete, clear, continuous, and unedited 360-degree parcel opening/unboxing video is mandatory for all refund, replacement, damage, defect, missing-item, or wrong-product claims.
The video must:
- Start before opening or cutting the outer parcel/package.
- Clearly show the parcel from all sides, including the shipping label.
- Show the entire opening process in one continuous recording.
- Clearly show the product and the claimed defect, damage, missing item, or incorrect product.
- Be free from cuts, pauses, edits, or interruptions.
Without a proper and complete parcel opening/unboxing video, no refund, replacement, complaint, or claim will be accepted or processed.
3. Complaint Time Limit
If you receive a defective or incorrect product, you must email us at mdabufaran@gmail.com within 2 days of delivery.
Your email should include:
- Order ID
- Customer name
- Registered phone number
- Clear description of the issue
- Complete 360-degree parcel opening/unboxing video
- Supporting photos, if required
Requests submitted after 2 days from the date of delivery may not be eligible for review.
4. Customer Support Response
After receiving a complete and eligible complaint, our executive will review the request and contact you within approximately 24 hours.
Submission of a complaint does not automatically guarantee a refund or replacement. All claims are subject to verification and approval.
5. Product Responsibility & Verification
For watches and all other products, claims regarding defects, damage, missing items, or incorrect products must be supported by the mandatory complete unboxing video.
Once the unboxing process is completed without valid video evidence of the issue, complaints regarding transit damage, missing items, wrong products, or defects claimed to have existed at delivery may not be accepted.
6. Important Notice
By placing an order on our website, the customer acknowledges and agrees that:
A proper 360-degree parcel opening/unboxing video is mandatory for any refund, replacement, damage, defect, missing-item, or wrong-product claim. Without valid video evidence, the claim will not be processed.
